My daughter loves Elmo. Actually, loves is an understatement. She is 17 months. I purchased this in 2T. She wears some 18m, 18-24 and some 2T clothing. The fit is as expected--the pants are a little long and the top is longer than it would be on a true 2T. I bought this with the hope that she could wear it all winter/early spring and maybe in the fall. The outfit is high quality. The pants are a nicer, thicker material than most leggings. The super soft fleece top kept her nice and warm during the cold winter days.
