I ordered the extra large tee shirt. It runs small. I think it would fit a medium person just fine. I ordered the X large because I was not sure of the sizing and figured it would either be a tee shirt my grand daughter could wear or she could wear it as a night shirt. Wrong. It will be too tight for either. I'm not sure what to do with it. There was no paperwork in the package to return it. I don't want to wear it instead of my grand daughter. Other option is to give it away. Sad. The quality of the shirt is fine. It's just small.
