I normally wear a Women's size 2 (shirt size x-small or small, typically). I ordered this in small and it was more like a Junior's size small. It was waaaaay too tight. I'm exchanging it and am tempted to even get the large since I think the medium will still be a bit too small. Other than that, it is really cute and the shape is fitted which I like. I'm wearing it for Walking Dead Escape in San Diego soon.
