The leg cuffs are as narrow as pictured. If your thighs have even slightly more circumference than the average male thigh, then the leg cuffs may be tighter than you would like (my husband found it uncomfortable).

The boxer briefs are designed to be worn low (almost more on the hips than on the waist).

They run just a bit small in the waist. My husband's waist size is currently between two different sizes. However with these boxer briefs, my husband's waist only fit the larger of the two sizes that he is currently between.
