This is described as a "unisex-child" hat, but it fits me perfectly. When I pull it all the way down on my head, it stops right above my eyes. No clamping sensation or anything. I'm a 22 year old female, so take that as you will. I was surprised by how lightweight and comfy the material is; I feel next to no pressure when I wear it. It's a bit goofy-looking, but it feels so great that I want to wear it every day. The comb and beak stand up nice and straight (contrary to the drooping beak in the amazon pic), though the face is kind of skewed on mine. Might be because I got it off Woot, where they may have been getting rid of defects or something. I kind of like it that way though -- adds a bit of personality. Very cute.

I'm not sure if it would be warm enough for the bitter cold, but as a Californian, I'll admit I've never had to contend with that. Perfect for a chilly or windy day, though.
